After gaining a deep understanding of your project goals, scope of work,
constraints, desired timeline and risks, we put a project plan together that
details the tasks, resources, dependencies and constraints involved in
completing your project. This is our road map to success.

Continuous Monitoring
Because we live in the real world where variables change we constantly
revisit the project and make appropriate adjustments to ensure we meet the agreed to objectives within the defined budget. You are notified as soon as
we identify anything that might affect the success of the project or that might be outside the original scope of work.

Collaboration
Collaboration and communication is extremely important to the success of any project. You have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to our user friendly Client Exranet where the project plan and all other project related assets and communications are available. The Client Extranet notifies appropriate project members via email whenever there is new activity that requires their attention so all team members get the information they need to keep the project on track.

Client Service and Issue Reporting
Your assigned Account Executive (AE) is responsible for maintaining and cultivation a strong business relationship with their assigned client base and for ensuring that all projects achieve the identified objectives. Your AE is accessible via office phone, mobile phone and email during normal business hours and beyond.
Your Project Coordinator provides administrative support and works with your AE to ensure all project details are attended to. Your Project Coordinator is also accessible via office phone, mobile phone and email during normal business hours and beyond.

Post Launch Review
Your feedback is important to AP. More than likely we will experience at least a small opportunity to improve that we couldn't fully appreciate while engulfed in meeting our project timeline. We ask that you commit to actively participating in our post launch review and helping us identify those opportunities for improvement so that our next project together benefits from the new learning.
